New Okhla Industrial Development Authority – Noida is a part of National Capital Region (NCR) of India and is a city which has shown tremendous development in very short span of time. It was the year of 1976 when the city came into administrative existence. Today, the city boasts top-notch erections and facilities, which include famous malls, shopping arcades, multiplexes, reputed hospitals, schools, film city, residential apartments, housing, officials and a lot more.

Today, this small city is home to millions of people and provides every comfort to each sector here. Starting from electricity and water, schools, jobs, hobby classes, and others, the city has all such infrastructures and amenities, all that makes life go-easy, are available. Courtesy builders, industrialists and IT hubs who have been taking keen interest and have contributed to their maximal to urbanize the city to their best.

Some of its best erections like World of Wonder (WOW), The Great Place of India (TGIP), DLF Mall of India (Largest Mall of India), Radisson Blu, Big Cinemas, PVR Multiplex, and many more, brought Noida into the limelight. Noida Film City and Marwah Films & Video Studios, certainly, are among the special and precious assets of Noida. Similarly DPS (Delhi Public School), DAV, Amity International, Cambridge, Bal Bharti Public School, and Kendriya Vidyalaya are among the best of eminent schools in Noida.

Holding over 150 sectors + villages, Noida is certainly substantially spacious in terms of residency, industries, farming, companies’ establishment, etc. Investing and contributing to the rapidly developing and urbanizing has always been proven fruitful. Currently, over 50 small and big projects for residency, malls, and others are under implementation by reputed companies like Ajnara Group, Supertech Ltd., Jaypee, Gaursons, and so on in various sectors of Noida.

The place is certainly a small paradise in Noida.

Moreover, at one side, it is directly connected with the capital city – Delhi via DND (Delhi-Noida-Delhi) flyover, while on the other side it is connected with NH24 highway which is the shortest Delhi-Lucknow road-route. Noida is not just limited to NOIDA but has its extensions as well. Noida Phase II and Noida Extension are parts of it, and Greater Noida can also be considered as a pronounced extension of Noida.
