Lucknow development body opened registration for 121 plots

Officials said that the registration amount along with the application form to be submitted online and only be accepted online. Through a lottery system, the authority had recently sold more than 250 vacant plots. However, these 121 plots were not included in the lottery system.

In Vasant Kunj Yojna registration for as many 121 plots has been unlocked by Lucknow Development Authority.  The plots are vacant in sectors C, I, J, N, and O according to Lucknow Development authority Officials.

By visiting LDA’s official website interested applicants can register for the plots and according to the official of LDA, the rate of the plot is kept at Rs 26,880 per square meter (sq. mt.)

As per the LDA data, there are two plots in sector C, eight in the sector I, five in J and N, and seven in the sector too. Sector I has seven plots of 300 sq. mt.

There are a total of five plots of 162 sq. mt. in sector C, 20 plots in sector C, 24 in sector I, three in sector J, 20 in sector N, and seven in sector O. The 72 sq. mt. plots are only in sector J and O, both of which have four plots

Pawan Kumar Gangwar, LDA secretary said that rather than depositing the amount for the plot in self installments, along with the interest the payment can be made in eight quarterly installments

Till the second week of December registration is open and interested ones can apply.  To decide whether the plots will be sold through lottery or first-come, first-served system, the number of forthcoming buyers will be seen.
