Foreign company, Venture X is showing interest in Indian real estate market

Venture X is planning to make an investment worth $ 2-3 million by 2023. Now, Venture X has two co-working spaces in Gurugram with a cumulative 1,200 seats spread across 45,000 sq. ft. in Sector 67. In sector 44 space is 16,500 sq. ft.

The company invested almost $5 million in the Indian market. Venture X, an affiliated brand of United Franchise Group (UFG) coworking division-Coworks, has entered the Indian co-working sector through a franchise-based model. Venture X plans to invest $2-3 million by 2023.

Anil Lakra, India Partner, Venture X shared “Post the pandemic, flexible office spaces are very much in demand and in times to come franchise-based models would be the right choice as they are better aligned towards revenue for all stakeholders. We have invested around USD 5 Million in the Indian market and plan to invest USD 2-3 Million by the year 2023.”

Rahul Kapur India Partner informed “We have the Master License for the India region. We have currently opened two locations and would grow to 8-10 across India by the end of 2023.” 

Venture X is planning to expand its team size all across India. The company has plans to spread foot in metro cities, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Pune soon.
