CREDAI To Certify Proper Execution Of RERA In Delhi NCR

The NCR branch of builders’ body Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) will certify that RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Act) is executed in a proper manner and the redressal forum for consumer grievances is functioning in an effective manner.

The new President of CREDAI, Pankaj Bajaj, has said that the new team formed will efficiently work towards achieving the goals of government like ‘100 Smart Cities’, ‘Housing for all by 2022’ etc. and will also integrity and accountability.

CREDAI-NCR will also pay attention to cleanliness, welfare and well-being of labours, and skill development as enduring responsibilities. The team will also work closely with CREDAI National to bring a platform for providing skill development programs.

CREDAI-NCR conducted a general meeting on 27th July, 2017, where a new leadership team was elected and formed for the years 2017-1019.

The Vice Presidents of CREDAI-NCR who have been appointed are Manish Agarwal of Satya Group, RC Gupta of RPS Group, Ajay Singh of Avalon Group, Rajesh Group of RG Group and Manu Garg of Landcraft Developers.
