According to the current situations, the Gautam Budh Nagar district awaits the response from NDRF battalion that has its headquarter in Ghaziabad. While 30 other NDRF personnel are appointed at Dwarka for the same but the distances of both to Noida are not short enough to reach the spot in time. Time taken from either Ghaziabad or Dwarka to reach Noida is good enough for the disaster to damage the lives of lakhs.
Together with NBRF and MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs), Noida Authority approved the proposal for base camp for disaster response in Noida in September 2016.

The personnel who will be appointed for the new base camp in Noida will undergo training for CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defence) situations.
Designing of the base camp is in the process and hopefully, it will get in to operation within a year.
